His Excellency Ambassador Aminu Abubakar Majidadi, the National President of the renowned anti-corruption organization; Almushahid Initiative for Transparency and Accountability (AITA) said assisting the orphans and other less-privileged is one of the cardinal mandate of the organization.
As it has been the practice of the organization to periodical visit orphanage homes to identify and assist the children, the 2022 December visit was at the Queen Esther’s Orphanage at Kabusa, Abuja.
Majidadi in his speech during the visit reaffirmed AITA’s commitment in fulfilling one of its mandates which is identifying with the orphans and other less-privileged.
“We believe that it is our responsibility as other individuals and organizations to look into the welfare and needs of the orphans as acts of service to Almighty Allah and giving back to humanity.”
Responding on behalf of the orphanage home, the proprietress; Reverend Mrs Esther A. Tsee appreciated AITA and the National President whom she said has been in the act of assisting the orphanage home for long time now and she prayed that God Almighty will continue to bless him for all that he has been doing.
“We can’t appreciate you enough, but one thing we are sure is that God will hear our prayers and bless you with sound health, long life and prosperity in the mighty name of Jesus.”
The visit ended with powerful prayers offered by the orphans to Amb. Majidadi and AITA for the kind gesture and for more open doors.
