His Excellency, Ambassador Aminu Abubakar Majidadi, the National President of Almushahid Initiative for Transparency and Accountability (AITA) and Publisher, Capitalwatch Media Magazine, congratulated the Muslims Ummas globally on the celebration of the 2023 Eid-El-Kabir.

In a press release made available to newsmen, Amb. Majidadi reminded Muslims worldwide and Nigerians the lessons to learn from the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) to sacrifice his son, Isma’il as an act of submission to Allah’s
command, before Allah stopped him in his tracks, informing him that his sacrifice had already been accepted.

“Here, the essential message in this annual religious rites of sacrifice is symbolized
by Prophet Ibrahim’s persevering patience and Isma’il’s obedience. Obedience to Allah, parents and constituted authorities is, therefore, an expression of indeed assured path to genuine sacrifice. More importantly, no act of sacrifice goes unrewarded in the sight of Allah.”

“Muslims who are able to make animal sacrifices are encouraged to extend their generous hands of alms to their neighbours and the less privileged members of their immediate community. This is making it the season of sacrifice, patience,
kindness, peace and love to humanity.” It added.

The National President further urged Muslims to use this period and pray for the current administration of President Bola Tinubu for God’s guidance towards giving Nigerian masses impactful leadership, growth and development.

In conclusion, Majidadi wishes all Muslims best of celebration. “May Almighty Allah make us witness more of it in life with peace, success, wealth, long life and prosperity in good health. Amin. Barka da Sallah and Happy celebration.”
