The ruling effectively dismissed the petition lodged by Ibrahim Muhammed, the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), who contested the outcome of the keenly contested election.

With the conclusion of the protracted legal tussle at the Appeal Court, Hon. Jacob Ajegana Kudu now stands officially affirmed as the winner of the Nasarawa Eggon East Constituency election.
