The wife of the Ooni of Ife, Queen Tobi Ogunwusi, has revealed the words of First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu following the unveiling of her golden statue at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. The statue, commissioned by His Imperial Majesty Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, was part of the monarch’s 50th birthday celebrations.
According to Queen Tobi, the First Lady expressed her delight upon seeing the statue, noting that she had once mentioned her wish for a similar tribute after reading about the statue of Priscilla Chan, wife of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
Queen Tobi highlighted the importance of positive thoughts and words, suggesting that they shape reality. “Always speak positivity into life; avoid negativity and be mindful of influences around you,” she advised.
