As Christians globally celebrate Christmas today, Nigerian prominent anti corruption NGO; Almushahid Initiative for Transparency and Accountability (AITA) felicitated with Nigerians and Christians worldwide on the auspicious Christmas Day celebration.
In a good will message signed by its National President, Ambassador Aminu Abubakar Majidadi AITA rejoiced with its Christian staffs, partners, friends and the entire Christian faithfuls globally on the propitious Christmas Day celebration.
“It’s with much gladness as an organization we congratulate Christians on this year’s Christmas celebration in commemoration of the birth of Jesus Christ.”
“As Christians in Nigeria and the world at large celebrate today, we are calling on Christians to emulate the virtues of Jesus Christ which centred on love, peace and kindness to all mankind.” It stated.
The message further called on Christians to show love to one another by sharing whatever they have with those in need as most Nigerians are currently going through hardships and lack.
AITA also urged Nigerians to use this moment to pray for Nigeria and president Bola Tinubu for a turn around in the country and for love and unity amongst Nigerians across religions in the interest of the nation.
“Nigerians should take time to pray for our nation to overcome current challenges toward actualizing peace, unity, security, growth and development.”
In conclusion, AITA wished its staffs, partners, friends and Nigerians a memorable and blissful Merry Christmas and a prosperous new year ahead.
